This was the most beautiful concert, both musically and visually. The venue made the whole performance that much more mesmerizing. The end of this performance brought my wife and I to tears, and was so emotionally moving. An absolutely brilliant event.
I am envious of those that saw his previous performance in Boulder. Fingers crossed he comes again here!
I had the honor of being able to see Olafur perform live in Colorado at this show in June, 2022. This was the best performance of any type I've ever seen in my life. It was simple and bare and raw. I cried, I laughed, I felt resonated with, and he shared personal stories with us. It was truly a night I will never, ever forget. Everyone should make a point to treat themselves to watching him perform in person. Additionally, I thought the version of Woven Song with the violin as the melody was amazing. Even the poor Event Management from the venue couldn't put a pause on the sustaining positive impact this night made on me. Olafur's team did an amazing job trying multiple times to mitigate the disturbances which at no point diminished the quality of his performance. I cannot wait to be able to see him again. A night I'll never forget.
Absolute magic!! I knew it was going to be great…but was blown away nonetheless by the artistry and genius of this performance!! I have never shed so many tears during one show…it was equal parts exquisite heartbreak and euphoria! I’m only sorry they had to contend with the Indian techno music coming from the wedding party in the nearby pavilion. But Olafur handled it like the pro that he is. And it did not have the power to diminish the bliss that was listening to a true master at work. Music has a profound ability to change the world…and the world desperately needs this music as a guiding force. Thank you Mr. Arnalds for sharing your heart!!!
