unfortunately, i totally forgot to take any pictures because i was so enamored with the musical AND visual experience. i've been lucky to go to some epic shows, but this is definitely tied for first (with another icelandic individual, they seem to know what they're doing!) and i really hope that i will have a chance to see olafar and his talented group perform again soon! completely worth 10hrs of driving - made for a great adventure. thanks so much for the great show and sorry indy's indian population or lack thereof was a let-down!
I was truley amazed at the wonderful concert. Two weeks ago I have no idea who Ólafur Arnalds was. I saw a tour date after reading an article on the internet and ordered my tickets. I was blown away by the music. I felt a strong connection to nature, the majestic sky, the bitter cold, and the sea. The warm personality and emotion of the artists performing the music balanced all the elements. For anyone who wants to experience something unique, this is definitely it! You will not be disappointed. I could have listened to this music much longer-I guess I need to buy the complete discography.
